  1. All Sales Final: Please review your order carefully before completing it, as all sales are final. This means we cannot accept revisions, returns/exchanges, or cancellations.
  2. Lost or Returned Packages: If a delivery is lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, please contact us at ogjewelrystore@gmail.com with your order number.
  3. Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at ogjewelrystore@gmail.com with your order number, and an image of the jewelry so we can give you store credit or a replacement!

Standard Warranty

As part of our dedication to customer satisfaction, we provide a 120-day warranty on all items purchased directly through our website. This policy outlines the options available to consumers in the event of a product defect or issue during the warranty period.

If you find an issue in your jewelry within 120 days of delivery, we will gladly replace it for you at no cost if it is still in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit (e-gift card) for the amount paid.

Please keep in mind:

  • The Standard Warranty does not cover lost or missing items.
  • This Standard Warranty applies once per item purchased. Our warranty does not include free items.
  • The Standard Warranty coverage is limited to items purchased straight from our website.
  • All Standard Warranty claims are subject to approval.
  • We don't provide refunds for damaged items.

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Your order number
  2. A picture or video of the affected item
  3. A description of the issue encountered
