Our jewelry pieces are water-resistant, but not water-proof. In order to preserve the original shine and plating on the jewelry, we recommend avoiding extended contact with water. We also advise taking the jewelry off when exercising and taking a shower.

That being said, your jewelry should still keep its original colouring if you accidentally get it wet a few times!

Personalized, handmade items typically take 5-15 days to be made before shipped. Selecting expedited shipping will not move your order up the queue.

• Non-personalized orders ship within 5-8 business days. Once the order is complete and ready for shipment, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information.
• Non-personalized and personalized combined orders are frequently shipped together once the personalized items have been created.

We offer two options for brand ambassadors:
